Repairs and Servicing
Where in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Warranty a machine has been deemed faulty by Manufacturer and is in the Warranty period then we require the machine to be returned to Ecosteam for repair. In some cases we can arrange to come and repair a machine on site as noted below.
On receipt of the faulty machine we will immediately send a replacement machine for use during repair. Once repaired the original machine will be sent back to the client and the replacement machine collected.
Points To Note
1. We will supply all spare parts required for fixing.
2. We will pay the carriage to send out a replacement machine, deliver the repaired
machine and collect the replacement machine. The client will pay the carriage to
initially return the machine to us for repair.
3. Wherever possible we will come to our client's site and repair the machine on site.
4. If required we can show the clients technical team how to carry out Preventative
Maintenance and Basic Repairs on-site.
5. This Service & Maintenance Service is provided for the term of the Warranty
which can be extended by the client up to a maximum of 3 years. It is bound by
the Terms & Conditions of the Warranty.
Returns and Refunds
Damaged Goods
If a machine has been received damaged or with missing parts and is still in its original box and packaging then Ecosteam will either issue a full refund or replacement machine. All carriage costs will be met by Ecosteam UK. Iin all cases payment is due with order' 'full refunds will only be given if order cancelled within 24hrs'
Cancellation Of Goods
If goods are cancelled BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED then the order will be cancelled and a full refund given for any monies received.
Return Of Goods
If goods are received and it is decided within 7 working days that they are not actually wanted then providing the machine has not been removed from its original box and packaging or used in any way then a full refund will be given
less the 10% restocking fee.
Goods must be returned within 21 days.After we have received the goods we will credit your debit/credit card with the purchase price less 10%restocking fee.If goods are not returned to us within this time,the customer is still liable for the full cost.
* These are the only times a return can be accepted and are not flexible in ANY way.
In all other cases full payment will be due on the 30th day from receipt of goods.
My Machine Is Not Working
Here are some of the more common faults and possible remedies:
My machine is heating up and the green light is coming on but there is no steam coming from the hose. This is not the hose and is nearly always a blown fuse.
The pipes may be clogged by calcium. To avoid this, the steam tube of the electro valve must be regularly changed, and your customer services agent must carry out a complete cleaning.
If the boiler is too full, water may be released due to steam pressure.
Insufficiently released steam can create high pressure when the filling cap is unscrewed. In this case, release the steam with the hose.

Warranty
This is a 12 Month Warranty and covers all faults occurring during this time. This includes the Main Unit, Accessories, Spare Parts and Storage Bag.
Disclaimers
1. We do not cover any part including the Main Unit and all Accessories which has
either been lost or stolen from the clients premises.
2. We do not cover the Main Unit or any Part or Accessory which has not been used
in accordance with Ecosteams Directions Of Use.
3. We accept no liability for the damage of any surface or equipment cleaned when
the Ecosteam has not been used in accordance with Ecosteams Directions Of Use.
4. Force Majeur.
Where there is a dispute over whether the machine is faulty or been misused then we will return the machine to the Manufacturer for inspection and a temporary replacement machine will be issued for the duration of this testing or until a decision has been reached on whether the faulty machine is covered.
Extended Warranty
The Warranty can be extended up to a maximum of 3 years. The prices are as follows:

Terms & Conditions Of Sale
All of the following Terms & Conditions are conditions that we apply to all purchases before we agree to supply you with the Ecosteam. By signing the Ecosteam order Form you are agreeing to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. They are absolute, final and non-negotiable.
All Ecosteam prices are in £ Sterling and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. This does not affect existing orders unless incorrect pricing was given whereby the customer will be notified immediately.
All Ecosteam prices exclude VAT, which will be added to the final invoice.
Payment can be made by BACS, Cheque or any major Credit or Debit card.
Delivery will usually be within 21-28 Days i.e. deliveries will only be made Monday to Friday and not Weekends or Bank Holidays.
Whilst we make every reasonable attempt to deliver promptly and within the estimated time frame, we cannot be held responsible for sudden stock shortages or manufacturing delays.
We will endeavour to take all possible reasonable care to keep all details of your order and payment secure. However in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
Any data collected by us during the course of business with you is purely for our internal use and is not forwarded or sold to any third party.
We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time.
All Ecosteam purchases are covered by a Returns Policy, Warranty Agreement and Service & Maintenance Contract linked directly to the Warranty Agreement. You are bound by the Terms & Conditions of each separate Agreement - copies of which are available on request.
Unless stated in writing as part of a special promotion the Ecosteam Standard Payment Terms are 30 Days from date of invoice. This means that the full balance must be paid on or before the 30th day from date of invoice. Failure to comply with these terms will result firstly in daily interest being added to your account and secondly in Ecosteam taking appropriate action to recover all monies owed as a matter of urgency.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Using My Ecosteam (Tips & Pointers)
1. The machine is under pressure. ONLY remove the cap after the buzzer has
sounded and remaining steam has been released through the hose or when the
machine is completely cool.
2. When cleaning wooden surfaces do not deliver the steam to one spot for too long
as varnish or paint will be affected. Turn the steam down and double wrap your
brush.
3. Do not attempt to clean suede or velvet surfaces as damage to the nap may occur.
Also ensure move rapidly when cleaning Leather and deliver the steam from a 3
Inch distance.
4. Never spray directly onto any electrical surface. Always deliver the steam from a
minimum 4 inches and immediately wipe away any excess moisture.
5. Allow the small brushes time to cool before changing them or wrap them with a
towel to avoid burning your hands.
6. Do not allow your cleaner to roll around in your car boot or fall off your counter.
Never transport the machine with the hose attached.
7. Ensure the tank is flushed with vinegar at least every 3 months to avoid built up of
mineral deposits that can cause the valves to clog. Please refer to your Directions
Of Use booklet supplied for how to do this.
8. Insert any attachment and lock it in by turning the ring to the right. A useful phrase
to remember is left loose, right tight.
9. If your Rectangular Brush becomes very dirty from jobs such as cleaning grease off
cement, rub the bristles with hand soap and spray with steam nozzle or run it
through an empty dishwasher.
10. If an item is not heat resistant then use the spray and wipe method and ensure the
steam is delivered from a distance of 4 inches.

FAQ's
1. I have seen similar steam cleaners on Sky TV that are a lot cheaper. Why is this?
Basically always remember the old adage "you pay for what you get". Our range of steam cleaners are Swiss/Italian Made and every part, component and accessory is of the very highest quality. The Ecosteam range has been called the Rolls Royce of Steam Cleaners so you can understand that they will cost more than say a Skoda. Our machines are built for intensive use and to last at least 10 years. An inferior machine may need to be replaced 2 or 3 times in this period so you have to ask yourself which machine really represents the best purchase.
2. If the machines are manufactured in Switzerland how long am I going to have to wait for delivery?
Here at Ecosteam we pride ourselves on our after sales service and we endeavour to always carry sufficient stock to enable our normal delivery time to be within 21 working days of receiving an order.
3. How do I know what type of machine to purchase?
We have tried to include all information necessary within this website to enable you to make a decision on what steam cleaner will best fit your requirements. If you are still unsure then please contact us and we can either discuss the best machine for you on the phone or arrange a free demonstration to come and show you the different machines in question actually cleaning your applications to enable you to make the correct decision.
4. How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay by most types of Credit and Debit card or by cheque. Please see the Machine and Accessory shops for further details.
5. How can I get a VAT receipt?
On receipt of every order we will raise an Invoice / Receipt which will be sent to you normally a few days following delivery of your machine.
6. Can I specify a delivery date?
Yes. We include standard next day delivery in our cost where your machine can arrive anytime from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. If you would like to specify a delivery time or have a Saturday morning delivery then please call or E-Mail us to arrange. This is easily done but there will be a small additional charge, which we will give you when you contact us.
7. I live outside of the UK. Can I still purchase one of your machines?
Absolutely. If you go to the Machine shop and complete your order as normal we will inform you of the delivery cost and delivery date.
8. I am interested in becoming a reseller of your machines. Is this possible?
